The shipping costs are £ 2,50 for the first article and £ 1,00 for each extra article. The maximum shipping costs are £ 10,00. Delivery time takes 2-3 working days. Most articles are wrapped to fit into your mailbox, therefore you don't need to be home for delivery.

As soon as you placed your order, we will immediately send an E-Mail confirmation to the E-Mail address you supplied. It might occur this E-Mail ends up in your spam box/unwanted Email. In case you haven't received this automatic E-Mail, please contact us.

Yes, you can fill out a different delivery address. The cufflinks will be delivered in a luxurious gift box standard. You don't need to pay extra for a gift wrapping.

Definitely. Most of our cufflinks are in large quantities on stock and can be shipped immediately. We can also assist you by customized cufflinks. For more information, see custom-cufflinks.

It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you do not absolutely love your selections, we will gladly issue a refund for the value of the merchandise or exchange your items within 14 days of purchase. To keep the price as low as possible for everyone, postage must be paid by the sender. Most items can be sent back in an envelope that fits through the letterbox, this way sending items is less expensive. Please fill out our return & exchange form and enclose this form along with your merchandise in a securely sealed package. We will refund you using the same payment method as you used for the order, within 7 days. If you wish to exchange your item, we will send you your new item within 1 day.
